After brushing, dry your teeth with a tissue. Drying your teeth ensures the serum adheres to your teeth for optimal whitening results!

    Our unique LED light technology has a very specific 400-420 nm wavelength of visible violet light. You can expect to supercharge the whitening action in just 10 minutes.

  • Is the device safe for use?

    Yes, like all our Colgate products, the FlexLight LED Device is clinically tested to be safe for long-term use.

  • Will the treatment cause tooth sensitivity?

    Some people may experience tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort when using whitening products. This discomfort is temporary and not harmful. If significant tooth sensitivity or gum discomfort develops and persists after use, consult your dentist or physician before continuing use.

  • How often can I use the LED whitening kit?

    Because teeth staining is caused mostly by what we eat and drink (tea, coffee, and wine) and from smoking. We recommend using the Colgate Optic White FlexLight LED Kit everyday to maintain a bright smile.

  • Why is the LED light not working?

    Check to see that your FlexLight LED device is properly plugged into your iPhone or Android smartphone. Make sure your smartphone is in the unlocked position. Use the included adaptor for iPhone devices. If your device is still not lighting up, please contact us for a replacement if your device is within the warranty period.   • Is LED device waterproof?

    Yes it is waterproof! So you can rinse the device with warm water for cleaning. However:
    Do not reach for a product that has fallen into the water. Unplug immediately.
    Do not place in or drop into water or other liquid.

  • How do I clean my teeth Whitening kit?

    Pen: after use, make sure to wipe the pen's bristles with a dry tissue (do not use water) and firmly replace the cap until you hear a soft click to avoid hardening of the tip. If the tip hardens, do not rinse with water. Instead, click the pen 2-3 times and the new serum will soften the bristles.

    FlexLight LED Device: Rinse the tray with warm water after use (the device is waterproof). Do not submerge the connector end of the cable in water. Keep the device clean and dry until the next use.

  • Will the whitening work for artificial teeth?

    Colgate Optic White FlexLight LED Device + Whitening Pen is recommended for healthy natural teeth and gums. This device and pen will only whiten natural teeth. It will not whiten dental work such as crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures.

  • Can I use the device with other teeth whitening serum?

    Please use ONLY the provided complete set of enclosed Colgate Optic White FlexLight LED Device + Teeth Whitening Pen.

  • Can I use the kit everyday?

    Yes, for best results, the Whitening Pen and FlexLight LED Device is recommended for everyday use. Please refer to the usage instructions for how to use the products in the kit.
